Gabriela Gonzalez, MAS, PMP
Population Health Manager
Gabriela Gonzalez is a Population Health Manager at EMI Advisors, where she drives initiatives in digital health, social care interoperability, and workforce development. With a strong background in public health, health education and promotion, project management, and quality improvement, Gabriela brings a strategic and collaborative approach to advancing population health management and integrated care solutions.
Before joining EMI, Gabriela served as a program manager at the Community Health Care Association of New York State (CHCANYS). She led training and technical assistance efforts, supporting more than 70 community health centers in enhancing care delivery, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.
Gabriela earned a Master of Applied Science (MAS) from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Rutgers University Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification, and a Practice Facilitator Certificate from the University at Buffalo School of Public Health and Health Professions. Outside of work, Gabriela is a food enthusiast who enjoys exploring diverse cuisines and spending time with family across the United States, Ecuador, and Spain.
