VP of Capture and Growth

Ghias Ahmed joined EMI Advisors in 2024 as our Vice President of Capture and Growth bringing over 20 years of expertise in business development, capture strategy, and organizational growth. Ghias has an impressive track record of supporting agencies such as the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Labor and Human Services (DLH), and Department of Justice (DOJ).

Prior to joining EMI, Ghias served as the Vice President at SOHO Consulting for 13 years, where he successfully guided numerous IT companies in capture management, proposal strategy, and team building. His leadership was instrumental in securing multiple IDIQ contracts and other significant opportunities for his clients.

A lifelong learner, Ghias is a Cisco Certified Network Engineer and an MS Network Engineer certified by ITT. He has further enriched his technical acumen with certifications in Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence, which align with his forward-thinking approach to business development.
