Namratha Gonuguntla is a Full Stack Developer at EMI Advisors, where she contributes to the design and development of software solutions aimed at improving healthcare data interoperability and exchange. She has a keen interest in leveraging technology to make healthcare data more accessible and secure and enjoys working on projects that blend technical innovation with practical impact.

Prior to joining EMI, Namratha gained experience in various areas of software development, cybersecurity, and data integration. Her work in healthcare technology has focused on developing Health Information Service Provider systems for secure messaging and data transmission. She has also been involved in projects that converted healthcare data into standardized formats for insurance companies, facilitating better communication and compliance.

Additionally, she published research on data mining techniques in medical science, which was featured in the International Journal of Engineering and Advanced Technology in 2019, reflecting her ongoing curiosity about how data can be harnessed to solve real-world challenges.

Namratha holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Vellore Institute of Technology. She currently resides in Virginia.
