Digital Health and Social Care Manager


Savanah joined the EMI Advisors team as an analyst in 2021 and was promoted to Digital Health and Social Care Manager in 2024. She has a keen interest in social care, family sciences, and care coordination, with a passion for leveraging digital health innovations to improve the healthcare experience and outcomes for all individuals. Savanah is Certified in Public Health (CPH) through the National Board of Public Health Examiners (NBPHE) and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) by the National Commission of Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC). She also earned a certificate in Human-Centered Systems Thinking from IDEO U, furthering her expertise in designing thoughtful and effective solutions.

Savanah completed her Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification through the Project Management Institute in November 2023, covering business analytics, traditional project management, and agile methodology.

Savanah graduated from Towson University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology before pursuing her Master of Public Health at the University of Florida in 2019. Her work focuses on advancing whole-person health through research, program development, and the application of innovative technologies. She has contributed to published research articles that explore social determinants of health resilience efforts, care coordination, and public health pedigogy.

Before joining EMI, Savanah worked in clinical patient care settings and volunteered as the Digital Media Coordinator at a local non-profit. She brings these grassroots perspectives into her public health work today, ensuring that the voices of individuals and communities are at the center of her efforts.
